Our Founder
Our founder, Stephen Painter, brings extensive experience in building design and product innovation to P-Modular. He has completed years of development and research perfecting energy saving products and building methods. Mr. Painter excelled in bringing innovative reflective technology to market and continues to surpass expectations consistently.
While building the Reflectix brand of products, over 7,000 retail stores were populated in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, Mr. Painter has also partnered with Big 3 automotive concerns and the HVAC industry. Mr. Painter’s objective for P-Modular is relatively simple – offer a product from a manufactured origin that is not typically served by other competitors. P-Modular Factory Built Garages achieves this objective admirably.
