P-Modular values your time. Using the online garage builder will streamline our on-site sales visit. After our visit you will know exactly what you are purchasing. You will receive: quote and/or invoice, elevations, window and door placement plans, concrete and wiring plans, and everything needed to get a building permit. The sales representative will also bring samples of all building materials.

After finishing your design with the garage builder, you will be prompted to submit the design to our staff.

P-Modular will contact you about pricing, it can be handled through e-mail or over the phone.
On-site sales visit.
The final step is the site prep evaluation. P-Modular will come out to your home for the evaluation and will provide you with printouts, plans and samples.
